CEO & Founder Scott Burns Raised in Brooklyn’s Sheepshead Bay, Burns built his career on the values of family, respect, and achievement. After earning his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, he launched a successful career in consulting and finance with firms like Deloitte, Oliver Wyman, and Cambridge Technology Partners, and held executive roles at Merrill Lynch, Smith Barney, and Chase Manhattan.

In 2004, his work with Wynn Las Vegas and Wynn Macau inspired a new focus on the Gaming, Integrated Resort, and Hospitality industries. Burns later founded his own firm to deliver personalized, results-driven consulting services to global clients, including Wynn Resorts, MGM, Galaxy Entertainment, Sands China, Melco, Okada Manila, and Diamond Resorts International.
